Q. Do you guarantee a same-day service?
A. No we don't - but we're often able to offer same-day services, and we'll do our very best to make this happen any time it's what you need.
The best thing to do is call us. Our customer care advisers will ask what sort of cleaning you need and run a post code check. They'll be able to tell you when your soonest possible appointment is available.
Q. What's included in my quote?
A. Time and labour is always included. This may be for the job, as in end of tenancy, carpet or oven cleaning. For domestic cleaning and spring or deep cleaning you pay by the hour and book the time you need. For specialist work equipment and cleaning, products are generally included in your price. When you get your quote we'll always make it clear exactly what is included.
Q. How do I find out about discounts?
A. Just ask! Certain services booked as a package always qualify for a discount. We also offer reduced rates for advance bookings, repeat customers, and large volume customers wherever possible.
Q. Can I book carpet cleaning for my shop or office?
A. Certainly you can! We also offer oven cleaning to restaurants and other commercial kitchens.
Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
A. No, there's no paperwork involved.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. If you need to cancel a service we appreciate as much notice as you're able to give. However, we do recognise that things can happen, sometimes at short notice so any time you give us at least 2 days notice there's no penalty for cancelled appointments.
Q. When and how do I pay?
A. Pay after your service is complete, and choose cash or card. No deposit necessary!
